The Technical Stuff

Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are very nicely done. The audio is clear and nicely balanced, but I did think I heard a few very soft comments in the background a couple times. The video is also nicely done. The action is all very well lit, and although there is just a touch of grain, it’s very minor and doesn’t come close to interfering with the action.

Music: The music is nicely done. It pops in and out at some of the transitions, and helps the action by not being noticeable through the entire movie.

Menus: The main menu does a pretty good job of mixing a still with an artistic clip from the movie. The chapter menu is okay, and lets you choose between two parts of each scene based on a small clip of each part.

The Feature

With his ATM Machine series, Jonni Darkko focuses on ass to mouth action. He lets each girl start her scene with a tease, and they frequently start the ass to mouth action off in the tease. She seems to love Mr. Pete’s intensity, and it really saves the scene. There’s great chemistry between them, and they seem to spur each other on throughout the scene. This is a pretty good scene, but Joachim holds it back from getting to the level of the rest of the movie.

Scene 5 - Katrina Kraven and Joachim Kessef

ATM Machine 3 is a darn hot movie. Yeah, I know, with Jonni Darkko behind the camera finding out that he made a darn hot movie holds about the same amount of surprise as finding that there aren’t a lot of stray dogs and cats around the local Chinese restaurant. Katrina Kraven and Bella-Marie Wolf both shine the brightest here, although there isn’t anything wrong with Lauren Phoenix or Brandi Lyons’ performances either. The only really low point in the movie is in Austin’s scene, and that’s the complete lack of chemistry between her and Joachim. As usual, the sex has a very nice focus on anal and ass to mouth action, and I didn’t see a single moment where one of the girls hesitated in the least to take a taste of her ass. If anything, I’d say that some of the guys were a little slow on the draw getting it to them. Also as usual, Darkko shows an amazing eye behind the camera, and captures the action extremely well. There are very few directors who balance and frame their shots well enough that I don’t wish for the camera to move a little this way or that a few times in the scene, and Jonni’s one of those few. Once again, Jonni Darkko shows why his movies are always worth checking it out with ATM Machine 3.

The Extra Stuff

Trailers are included for many of Digital Sin’s releases, and are broken down by features, interactive, and all sex. The photo gallery contains roughly three dozen very good looking full screen photos and snapshots. There’s also a bonus scene, a behind the scenes featurette, interviews, weblinks, and company information.

The behind the scenes featurette lasts seven minutes. Brandi starts things out, and looks like she has a nice interview with the camera (which you can’t hear due to the only audio being music) before posing for her pretty girls. You also get to see a bit of her scene being shot. As a behind the scenes featurette, this one sucks. To begin with, it only features Brandi, and she’s probably the girl that interests me the least out of the entire cast. It’s made worse by looking like she gives a very nice talk with the camera, but you’re not allowed to hear it due to the only audio being the music. If you watch this featurette, and I wouldn’t blame you for skipping it, keep the remote handy with your finger on the button. The only thing you’ll lose is lost time.

The interviews last thirteen minutes. Austin starts things out talking about her scene and how she’s getting a website soon but doesn’t know what it’s going to be before working with Jonni on what he wants for the scene and starting things out with Joachim and Mr. Pete. Bella-Marie Wolf is next, who talks about looking forward to working with Ben English and the importance of having a tasty ass and toes. Jonni helps Bella to look marvelous (not that she needs much help), and they ahve a little toy talk with Jonni looking like he’s enjoying his job way too much. He works with her a little on what he wants for the scene, and somehow the camera focuses on him rather than Bella. There’s even a word or two with Damien about the upcoming scene that apparently he couldn’t cut it for. It’s a nice featurette, but it leaves me more than a little confused. It has a few interviews, but out of the fifteen minutes I’m not sure that there’s five minutes of talking with the stars.

The technical aspects are also very well done, and the extras show some okay care. This is a nicely put together DVD.

Note to Digital Sin: Please watch what you’re doing with the extras a little more closely. Done right, these extras would have earned at least another half point, if not a full point.
