ASMR Fantasy: Full Body Physical Exam Review

In its most fetishistic realm, ASMR (Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response) is a physical reaction triggered by women whispering and stimulating skin-tingling arousal. Doubling down on these unique emotions with Angela White -- AVN's three-time Female Performer of the Year -- in a lead role feels so wrong its right. It is something akin to bringing a Hall of Fame level tennis player to play in the highest-level badminton league. Yes, the skills required are similar. But once the nuances are mastered, the style of play feels wholly evolved.

This hour-long clip that includes a prompt in the top right-hand corner of the screen to skip ahead to the half-hour point to view actual POV sex. Yes, seeing bodacious Aussie-accented nurse Angela and her male patient, played by the equally successful and renowned Michael Vegas, is undoubtedly a premium desire. That's a savvy nod to the person who may not be as well-versed or aware of what ASMR is, and would instead enjoy intercourse with heavily adulterated sound.

Regarding that sound, the film's ASMR presentation is top-notch. This film is unquestionably better when listened to while wearing headphones. It is recorded with three different channels. Thus, when White, as the nurse, is giving you, ostensibly, a checkup, it's quite the experience. When she leans into the left side of the screen, you feel it explicitly in your left ear. Furthermore, when both channels are in unison, the audio sweetening is such that it connects directly with the eardrum first, thus sending that familiar ASMR tingle to the scalp. As an ASMR recording of an erotic nature, those sensations immediately reach your pelvic floor. Especially during White's super-sloppy, hyper-verbal, and quite a hot blowjob of Vegas' turgid member (and yes, there's tit-fucking), it's quite the audacious rush.

From a standalone sexual standpoint, Full Body Physical Exam delivers, too. The idea that this film is, in its plotting, a full hour-long medical exam, is essential. There are 35 minutes of oral, anal, missionary, and girl-on-top exploration to be consumed between two very gifted practitioners. And yes, it also means that there's POV anal exploration in the form of a very sexual prostate exam. Furthermore, the constant allusions to Vegas' significant other in the room is a cool way to denote the switch of camera views from POV to different angles. Also, for those in the know and aware that Vegas' partner is actress Siouxsie Q, it's a cool super-aware moment where the fourth wall recedes, and the fifth dimension of sexual and pornographic exploration begins.

Solo POV films have a marketplace. However, there's something about the quality of White's performance being so good that the lack of fully seeing the scene being between her and her partner Vegas feels lacking. The desire to stay as honest as possible to ASMR and POV film's origins and expectations is admirable. However, there's something in delivering -- if even for thirty seconds, in the end, to capture the intense orgasm that the scene has caused, that could indeed pay off the ASMR-engaged viewer's level, and style of heretofore likely never felt type of arousal.

There's certainly a market for this type of film. In equal measure, it's timely, exciting, intriguing, and fun. However, in having already mastered the nuances, there are advancements in the style that the quality and style of unique sexual expression demands. Whether that's a whole different type of money shot or some other considerations regarding engagement, the sky is truly the limit when real innovation is this well achieved in a first attempt.
