Initial Expectations: What I’ve seen from Antigua and J. Bleazy has been far from impressive. Lauren and Joelean doing anal are hot enough to draw me in, but even then I can’t have too high of expectations.

The Technical Stuff

Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are okay. The audio is fairly free of background noises, but there are a few comments with the cameraman. The video is also pretty good. There’s a little camera motion, but the picture is clear and nicely lit.

Music: The music is on the loud side and has an extremely repetitive hip hop beat that’s grown old after the first minute. It’s extremely forgettable, and doesn’t help the movie at all.

False Advertising: The cover states that there’s anal in every scene, yet there’s no anal in Joelean’s scene other than her rimming her partner. Joelean doing anal was one of the main things that drew me to this DVD, and since there’s only four scenes in the movie that means that roughly a quarter of the movie isn’t what was advertised. This ticks me off enough that I’m deducting a full point from the score because of it.

Menus: The menus aren’t too impressive. The main menu has a still with a couple small clips from the movie. The chapter menu lets you choose where to go in each scene based on a cast listing for each scene at the top of a column with the sex acts listed below it. It starts out as a good idea, but since it looks like a grocery list without anything else there, it ends up disappointing instead.

The Feature

Anal Impact 2 goes with a very simple formula. You start with a girl who likes to take it in the ass. You give her a toy to start herself off with, and then let her get fucked in the ass while mixing in a little ass to mouth action. Finally, you let her have a facial finish. It’s a simple formula, but Antigua has shown themselves to be pretty simple people.

Scene 1 - Lauren Phoenix and Tony T.

Unfortunately, Lauren lost me with her need to give the camera the finger at the end of the scene. This is a pretty hot scene that feels like the direction was lacking a bit, but is still the best scene in the movie.

Scene 2 - Lisa Lee and Tommy Gunn

Anal Impact 2 is a pretty average anal movie. Except for Joelean, who never comes close to taking it in the ass, the girls all take it in the ass decently and look like they’re into anal rather than just being a little shorter on rent money than usual. Lauren Phoenix easily has the most intense scene in the movie, with the others coming off as your average anal scene. Normally, there wouldn’t be anything wrong with this, but with cover claims like ”They won’t be able to sit right for Weeks!”, ”The most intense anal sex ever produced!”, and ”Every scene on this DVD wrecks an ASS!”, I don’t think I’m alone in expecting some intense anal action rather than just run of the mill anal. No, I don’t expect to see bleeding asses or anything, but that final claim seems like an aggressive way to tell the viewer that there’s some darn aggressive anal inside. Even Lauren’s scene wasn’t overly intense, although I think she had the most anal focus of the movie. Anal Impact 2 is a pretty average anal movie that doesn’t come close to being the intense anal movie its cover portrays itself as.

The Extra Stuff

The photo gallery lasts nearly five and a half minutes with about five seconds per very nice looking snapshot or full screen photo. There’s also bonus footage and a behind the scenes featurette.

The behind the scenes featurette lasts nearly ten minutes. It starts out with a few minutes of stills as Tony appears to be having some problems finishing things up with Lauren. It moves on to show some of the scene being shot. This is a boring behind the scenes. I really don’t care to see footage of a guy holding a camera and walking around with something I’ve already seen in the background. I also don’t care about watching people look at the camera while being really still. There’s no personality to this behind the scenes and it came off as an almost complete waste.

Bonus Scene 1 - A blonde and Mr. Marcus

The first bonus scene starts with a bottle blonde with an unattractive tattoo on her right forearm diddling herself in a black and white bikini. This scene ended up being pretty average and would have been a lot better with another trip through the editing bay and somebody else behind the camera.

Bonus Scene 2 - A chick and Cheyne Collins

Currently, many of Antigua’s DVDs can be found online for between about $15 and $25 with stores offering them all over in between. I’d aim low or rent this one first. The action’s okay, but nothing special. The technical aspects are okay with a few minor problems, and there’s a bit of effort put into the extras. This is an average movie on an above average DVD.

Note to Antigua: Letting the viewer choose between the bonus scenes would be a very nice touch. So would identifying the performers in them, as well as including full credits for the performers in the movie. Finally, I hope somebody wakes up so that in your future anal movies a quarter of the scenes aren’t vaginal only!
