The Short Story

Initial Expectations: Veronica Snow has been fun to watch, but Mothers Productions / Fetish Films has left plenty to be desired with their DVDs. I’m expecting a bit of frustration here.

The Technical Stuff

Audio /Video Quality: The technical aspects are okay. The audio is fairly clear and pretty well balanced. There’s a few background noises, but not a lot. The bigger problem is that the audio doesn’t quite synch with the video for most of the movie. The video is okay and decently lit. There’s not much grain, but there is a fair amount of soft focus blurs. There’s also a little camera shake.

Music: None

Disc Complaints: The disc is extremely minimal in any technical ability. Although there are menus, they’re barely even advanced enough to call menus. There’s also no time stamp, which makes the DVD as a whole feel even shoddier.

Menus: Once again, Mother Productions shows what a bad first impression is. The main menu is just a screen letting you know what movie you’ve popped in without any graphics whatsoever. After you click to watch the movie you’re given a second screen which lets you choose between One, Two, Three,and Four (where Four is just trailers and a minute of bloopers). This was a horrible way to start the movie and gives you about the same first impression for the DVD as you would have for a blind date where you show up at the door on time and she gives you a swift kick to the nuts as soon as she opens the door!

The Feature

At Nurse Lick’s hospital, things are done a little different. Nurse Lick (Veronica Snow) keeps up on the newest techniques, most of which have her taking a little more physical relationship with the patients. It tends to surprise the patients, but she also has a very devoted following.

Scene 1 - Veronica Snow and Drew Hurlie

Heavily tattooed brunette Drew starts things off as Nurse Lick’s first patient. She strips down and gets up on the exam table for Veronica before letting her start things out with a breast exam. Veronica feels Drew’s tits first before giving them a taste test. She moves down for a pelvic exam on Drew’s shaved pussy next, and starts out with the taste test before getting out the speculum. Veronica has Drew do her exercises with the speculum spreading her open, and then runs one more taste test after taking it back out. She moves up to check on Drew’s breasts, and then lets Drew practice her breast examination tests on her. After Drew gets a taste of Veronica’s tits, she moves down to tongue her twat. They swap back and forth one more time before Nurse Lick sends Drew on to finish her day.

This is an okay scene. Veronica and Drew have nice chemistry and their banter keeps things fun. Unfortunately it’s held back by the technical aspects. There’s quite a few camera blurs and the scene feels like it could use one more good edit. There’s some nice chemistry here, but the scene ends up dragging a little by the end.

Scene 2 - Veronica Snow and Samantha Sterling

Samantha stops by the clinic for an appointment next. As usual, Veronica has Samantha strip down and starts with a breast exam. She uses her mouth as well as her hands, and then moves down to Samantha’s snatch. She starts out with her mouth for a surface test before grabbing the speculum to check Samantha out from the inside. She goes back to working Samantha over with her tongue and fingers before Samantha inquires about giving a little something back to Veronica. She works Veronica through the same routine she was put through, including the speculum, a rubber glove, and finding Veronica’s G-spot. Finally, Samantha gives Veronica back the coat she took from her and heads on her way.

This is a decent scene which would have been much better if it hadn’t been so similar to the previous scene. As usual, Veronica and her patient have nice chemistry and keep things light and fun. I really like how Veronica gets the tables turned on her here, and it actually helps the scene have a little more depth. This is an okay scene but nothing too special.

Scene 3 - Veronica Snow, Mia Domore, and Kaiya Lea

Finally, Kaiya comes in to see Nurse Lick. As Veronica gives her the breast exam they’re interrupted by Nurse Mia. Mia agrees to help Veronica examine Kaiya, and starts out helping Veronica give Kaiya her breast exam. They move down low to examine Kaiya before Veronica moves back up. The girls break out the speculum next and move around so that Veronica can check Kaiya out down under while Mia checks her out up above. Kaiya discovers she has an interest in nursing and works over both Mia and Veronica’s tits before laying back for the nurses to work her over one last time. Finally, the girls finish things up with a three way kiss.

This is a nicely above average scene for one main reason, Mia Domore. She was the main reason I decided to check this disc out, and she made the entire thing worthwhile. She brings so much spirit to the scene that I couldn’t dislike it even though it wasn’t much different from the others. It also had a few of the same technical problems, although I didn’t think they were as pronounced here. This is a fun scene, and without a doubt the highlight of the movie.

The Adventures of Nurse Lick 6 doesn’t venture much past the average level at any time. The only time it does it because of Mia Domore, who breaks the movie out of the mold it seems so tightly fit into by infusing it with plenty of fun and chemistry. I’m not saying that the rest of the movie isn’t fun or that it doesn’t have chemistry, as Veronica Snow does do a nice job of making the scenes fun and there is some nice chemistry. Mia is just so far above and beyond everybody else here that she makes the redundancies in the movie stand out horrible, and they stood out pretty well before she took to the screen. I like the setups to the scenes, but they seem afraid to move beyond two or three sex acts for the entire movie, and that makes it drag. The Adventures of Nurse Lick 6 makes it to the average level, but only because of Mia Domore.

There’s about a minute of outtakes and several trailers after the movie is done. You can get to them by selecting Four on the menu.

The Bottom Line:

Currently, many of Mother Productions’ DVDs can be found online for between about $20 and $25, with very few stores offering them. Rent this one first. The overall DVD is about twenty years behind the times although the sex is okay. There’s also some problems with the technical aspects and a severe lack of extras. This is a very disappointing DVD even though it has some okay sex.

Note to Mothers Productions / Fetish Films: Please find somebody who knows how to make a decent DVD. I think you could hire somebody holding a “Will Work For Food” sign to head up your DVD department and improve your product.
