Audio /Video Quality:
The technical aspects show plenty of care, which is nothing new for Blush Erotica. What is new is that this one is not slowed down and done completely in voiceover. The audio is clear and well balanced with the music nicely moving between the foreground and background as needed. The video is presented in anamorphic widescreen and looks great. It's nicely lit and stead with just the right touch of softness. The presentation nicely emulates the Hallmark Christmas movies which inspired the release.

Watermark Warning:
I don't know of anyone who likes watermarks, but it helps mitigate some of the damage that internet piracy is doing to the adult industry I guess I can live with them if they're done right. Here Blush Erotica does it well. There's some color to the watermark which does make it stand out a little, but it's small, classy, and stays in one place.

A Taste of Christmas is a really great idea, and with the artistic style of Blush Erotica I can think of few studios better suited to attempt a lesbian porn version of a Hallmark Christmas movie. Unlike most Blush Erotica releases this one is in real time and The Sinematographer shows that he can work real time every bit as well as the soft slow motion one normally expects from Blush Erotica. There's a nice progression to the story, and I really like how the first sex scene is short and pretty much sets up the rest. The story is helped out by the presentation, which looks like your typical Hallmark Christmas movie. Unfortunately the sex falls far short. The initial scene is decent and works, but the main event falls short. Princess Dandy and April work each other over nicely, but the release ends after April gives Princess Dandy's nice big ass a few slaps and they talk about the tables being turned. It felt like this was the halfway point for the sex, and having it cut off at this point really sank the release for me. There was a great build-up to this point, but rather than reaching the peak of the mountain it took the release off a cliff. The Sinematographer and Blush Erotica do so much so right with A Taste of Christmas that it ending how it did just made it feel all the more disappointing, and it barely held on to the average mark for me because of it.

Final Thoughts:
Although it succeeds at a lot of what it's aiming for, the sex feels like it has so much more to happen and leaves this one barely hanging on to the average mark because of it.

This was a rough one to rate as low as I did. I love what you were aiming at here and so much of what you did was spot on. Unfortunately the sex feeling as chopped off as it was really sank this one for me. All that said, your overall vision for your releases has me looking forward to more from you in the future!
