Audio /Video Quality:
The technical aspects are okay. The audio is pretty clear and decently balanced, but all of the dialogue is subtitled and frequently has bad spelling to go with it. The video is presented in anamorphic widescreen and looks pretty good. It's decently lit and clear, but there is some bad camera motion that does interfere at times.

What You Need to Know:
The Fake Hospital series keeps things fairly simple, and with a decent voyeuristic reality porn feel. That said, there isn't always a lot of variety to the setups. Both Victoria and Kristyna come to The Doctor complaining about lower back pain, Victoria from dancing and Kristyna from stretching and working out at the gym, and get a fairly similar examination and rubdown before he fucks them on and over the exam table. Victoria has the doctor cum in her mouth while Kristyna lets him cum in her pussy for it to drip back out. Dirty blonde sales rep Dr. Mouse also stops by to see the doctor to sell him Magic Wands for his practice, and has him lay back on the exam table to show him how it works before letting him try it on her and giving her sales call the extra personal touch right through the Doctor unloading on her stomach.

A Healthy Dose of Dick leaves me with mixed feelings. On one hand, the reality aspect is handled very nicely. The voyeuristic camera shots are very well done and really add to the movie. Yes, the voyeuristic shots are simple, but they're very effective and with just a couple cameras in the room they capture the action extremely well. The problem for me is that the camera work wasn't limited to those cameras, there's also a fair amount of POV action mixed in as well as a couple other angles that are close to the POV angle. These took the scenes back quite a bit for me as it took away from the voyeuristic reality aspect and turned it into more of a typical porno. It also didn't help that the POV angles weren't done nearly as well and were often shaky, blurry, and just a touch off. Sexually all three scenes worked nicely for me, but I can see them being a little slow paced for some as the scenes are each about forty minutes long and at least the first fifteen minutes of each are the medical setup. A Healthy Dose of Dick is a nicely different fuck flick, and one that's worth a rental if you're looking for something different and haven't checked out the Fake Hospital, Fake Taxi, and other related series.

It's simple and fun, and worth the rental despite a few faults.
