  I'm with you. Piercings, tattoos, horrendously unnatural surgeries are a huge turnoff for me. On the other hand (as it were) there are more than enough performers staying natural out there that asking for a list isn't really necessary. It shouldn't take long to find what you're looking for.

  I second stevesteele's post. The fact that the "offending" scenes/videos exist isn't a problem, but that the offending parts have worked their way into more mainstream productions. I guess I'm just not a very kinky guy, I've always liked my porn to be fairly straightforward. If you like watching heavily tattooed people stand on either side of a room and spit at each other while working gigantic jackhammers up their ass, then more power to you. Vive la difference! But please keep the films aimed at non-kink (dare I say "boring" or "unimaginative?") porn fans like me free from such things. Now that I think of it, are these "straight" films themselves becoming a genre on their own?
