  They call Max an obcenity, and they are probably right; yet within 6 months they copy whatever he is doing. Obviously Alexa agreed to everything; porn chix seem to revise history the longer they are in porn. Once they are out of porn, some deny it completely. I think Max is regarded as a wealthy alcoholic by most.

  Correct lighting, assuming you have the equipment, takes TIME, that is why most pornographers don't do it. Also porn can sometimes be a "catch it now" kind of experience, you don't want to wait the move the lights. If you do, it can drive your budget up.

  Contrary to your belief, that particular scenario would not take "5 minutes" to act out. Take your own little video camera, write a 5 page script, and try to act it out in your house so that it looks professional. With actors on their lines and the lights moved around...okay so 3 hours later, you might be getting closer... Roleplay with a good setup takes significant time resources that most porn producers are not willing to invest. Zig

  Let's face it - this was WWAAAAYYY overdue to happen. And while individual names will get trashed, everybody just had their eye on the money - the girls, the guys, the shooters, the companies... What will happen? Well, take a look at what happened last time. Condoms were required in porn...for about a month. Then everybody said fuck it, because our customers don't want this. What happened was a tragedy, but it will happen again. Porn performers are paid to risk their lives, and once in a while the short odds come in. It's going to give the govt a bit more juice.   Personally, no one defends Rob Black because no one REALLY believes porn will go down with the ship on an indictment. There will be no eradication of porn. It's too prevelant. It's simulated in mainstream magazines. It's used for ratings on major networks. It has large corporate dollars behind it.
