  A safer option would be a wand type toy, such as the <link> or the <link> (without the tickle sleeve). I don't have any experience with the pictured toy, but no, it wouldn't be my first choice for use in my highly valued (by me) butt. If it gets stuck, no air can circulate around it, so it may overheat if you're unable to &quot;poop it out&quot; in a timely fashion. If you're going to do it anyway, I suggest you at least drop it into a condom first, for sanitary purposes and also greater ease of retrieval. Believe it or not, I almost always still look up things the old-fashioned way, in my handy-dandy Webster's Ninth New Collegiate Dictionary, copyright 1986. I double checked, and it does have just the first two definitions (the ones that refer to only to marriage) and not the third one. Apparently, the word really has evolved over the past 18 years, and I really need to buy a new dictionary.

  I haven't changed my definition over time; I still use the word according to its original meaning and not in reference to boundary-pushing sex acts. My favorite gonzo series is Sex Across America, which is produced by Adam & Eve and Fallen Angel and is not very circusy at all. On a distantly related tangent, many people (including myself) also misuse the word &quot;monogamous.&quot; Look it up in Webster's, for example, and you'll see that it has nothing to do with a sexually exclusive relationship but simply refers to having only one marriage partner at a time. So technically, if the partners in an open marriage take other lovers but don't marry them, they're still monogamous. Likewise, technically, unmarried partners can't be monogamous...

  I don't have Windows XP, but the Apple player in OS X refuses to recognize the one Vivid DVD we still own (it's Lifeguard, which Mr. Yoga likes because he likes Jennifer Stewart). It did run fine on the old Apple player in OS 9, the last I checked.

  LOL! Yes, I really have turned my head and looked over my shoulder into the mirror. A little arch and twist of the spine--it's not that tough for a yoga teacher.   The DVD arrived today, within the expected shipping time. No complaints, except that the disc is scratched after coming loose in the case. Two prongs broke off the hub. That's not Filthy DVD's fault, however. The case was sealed in shrinkwrap and shipped in a padded envelope. It looks like the disc is still playable.

  I'm at home today convalescing from a nasty springtime cold. With nothing much better to do, I finally wrote a short but hopefully semi-coherent review of <link> (which I mentioned above in a post from last August). Uh, it's not as good as Single Handed; no surprise there. But the first four scenes did turn me on, and I think the DVD is passable for the price. The tlavideo.com reviewer gave it 3 stars; I went with 2.5. I notice the price range in the Adult DVD Talk Price Search has dropped to $6.95-$19.90. Hmmm...I imagine this one hasn't been a big seller.
