I don't think it's a question of too many companies, but one of too much product being put out. And at to quick a rate. When I was working part time at a adult video store we stop stocking some of titles or reduce the price of others just to make shelf space.

Some suggestions: 1) Get with some of the big name AV talent over there 2) Location!!! Please don't settle for some crappy love motel (i know you won't) find a nice house or cool apartment. 3) SHOOT JAPAN!!! I may be alone on this one, but some outside location shots would be nice. Give the viewer a sense of actually being there. Maybe just in the beginning to establish that you really are in Japan. 4) No Fujiko Kanos. When you do your little interview portion beforehand have them speak in their native tongue. Maybe have sub-titles underneath (LOL!! think that's too much?) Good luck

Even though they have stuff like Porn Vending machines (Why can't we have these in America??) And put out some wild sex vids, the JP sex industry is hard to break into. You would have to have some contacts over there to set everything up. It's not like some other Asian countries (i.e. Thailand, Phillipines) Where you can just go in pick up some talent and film right off the bat. I think a joint effort between an American company and a Japanesse one would be the best bet. They could release the mosiac version over there and the non-censored one here. There's also expenses, JP is hella exspensive just to vist (I lived there for 3 years) IMO this would be a good "XXX Road Trip" for RLD or "World Sex Tour" For Anabolic/Dia...

Check out a company called Moodyz. They made some interracial Japanesse porn. I think a couple of American companies are trying to break into the porn scene over there in JP. It's kind of hard however.
