  A few months ago, I posted this: https://forum.adultdvdtalk.com/why-adult-dvd-marketplace-is-horrible I received a response from somebody with Adult DVD Marketplace. He was kind enough to point out that I was, indeed, offered a credit for the shipping, which I had missed at the time. I looked back through the emails, and see that I was offered a credit for shipping the damaged DVD back to the vendor, which I had completely missed. So, mea culpa, mea culpa. Also, my account with ADM was re-instated.
