Vid shop - very expensive (thanks to the UK law against mail order R18 - helps to keep the market down, and the prices up), but reliable & A1 customer service. They even used to have a UK bank so u could pay by cheque. Oh yes, they "post from the UK" - I dont think so! the couple of DVDs I have had all come via Holland air mail!!

Interesting post. A while back I e-mailed the Customs helpline with the covers of two dvds I wanted to import from the US, and asked them whether they were acceptable. They told me that dvds which had content that would pass the BBFC tests is allowed to be imported even if the BBFC have not seen them. Although they could not give me a yes/ no on the two DVDs (because they had not seen them), they did say that in their experience that sort of stuff was generally OK, but that to be sure I should buy R18. I thought that they were genuinely frank and helpful - the guy who responded said he was from their head office.
