- Adult DVD Marketplace changes 7/20/2004 2:00 PM Apparently its not just texas - I have ordered from ADM many times and recently tried to place an order only to be informed that such materials could not be sent to me and I live in Baton Rouge LA. I am unaware of ANY federal or state laws that have been passed - is there somewhere I can learn more about this so that I can fight it?
