I also remember her taking care of an old man in a wheel chair and the old man was a perverted of course. He wanted to see the girls pink so the girl shows him and the guy died of a heart attack.

You know i thought about that too, but eventhough that is what i remember the story line kinda being she looked well over 18 years of age. I ve not seen a lot of the older movies but there has been movies where ive seen like the daughter do the step dad and stuff and that girl looked seriouly young and it was made to look like she was really young but that one was not banned. So i dont know if it was banned but i really dont think that it was.

This is a movie from the 80's, possible the late 70's. It involved a young girl going from foster home to foster home and each time she would do something naughy and get caught. She would say "oh oh" everytime she got caught. One scene involves a clown called Bobo. Bobo said" Open your mouth and close your eyes and bobo will give you a big surprise" So then they fuck and she gets caught fucking. Then she says " oh oh". I really cannot find this movie off those details i remember and if anyone can help i would really appreciate it.
