There's a lot of things that you said in your posts and I'd like to take a little bit of time to answer as much as I can here and then answer more offline through private emails. 1. We have NEVER implemented the practice of throttling. Ethically, its a terrible practice because it goes against what we're selling to our customers. Economically, it doesn't make sense for a company of our size because it requires a lot of modifications to the shipping process.
