Very good customer service. I have ordered from them multiple times. I don't recall any of the items being backordered. They ship within 24 hours of the order. I have called to modify my order prior to shipping and they have always handled the modifications accurately. Excellent screen shots on selected titles. For some reason, their website loads rather slowly. I've noticed that their prices have fallen a little recently although they still tend to be marginally higher than some other vendors. Every now and then one finds a good deal on their under $10 selections. I wish they had studio wide sales on Raw, Sunshine, Metro, etc. titles like some vendors. So in short, extremely reliable but only moderately competitive prices.

Thought I would provide an update on my buying experience with Laser's Edge. The 3 items I purchased were backordered but were shipped out 4 days later and are en route. I received e-mail notification at each stage of the process (order received, backordered, and shipped). The rep on the phone was polite and helpful. Prices are competitive. I have since placed a larger order with them. The only drawback of their website is the lack of information on each title and whether the item is in stock.

Just curious if anyone had bought stuff from them and what your experiences were. An order I made somehow managed to get submitted even before I provided cc information. How bizarre! Their shipping rates and some of their prices look good.

Will USPS open my package 7/7/2000 1:34 AM
I live in a state where adult video stores are illegal. I believe ownership of porn video might be illegal as well. If I purchase dvds using USPS, is there a risk that the package will be opened (if suspicious looking) by postal workers/inspectors? What are the other states in the US which do not allow porn?
