- DVD Advantage Rip Off 7/12/2004 1:53 PM I placed an order with this outfit on 5-25, by 6-9 I had not received the dvds, in spite of my card being charge the day the order was placed. I emailed them on 6-9 canceling the order, and even talk to them on the phone to cancel it. 3-4 days latter I received about 25% of the order, I was not happy, but if I got the product, what the heck!!. Well, no more dvds have arrived, I have emailed them 3 times, now they have changed the way the handle orders to another outfit, and they deny any knowledge of any orders placed prior to 7-1-04.
