  I have received a reply from Chris Danneffel in Prague today who has spoken to Lucie Absolonova "The Boss" (as Chris describes her). I was right the first time, - Lucie welcomes those who wish to come along. Chris suggests younger fans come a little later as older folks will be there early on. I have no desire to encourage more of these sour postings from DBM and in fact, I have been receiving more directly from the same quarter, the contents of which I find very offensive, so I will be making this my last post in this topic. If Lea knew how many people around the world are deeply affected by her sudden death, she wouldn't believe it or she would cry tears of joy without end.   Note of message from The Samantha Dickson Research Trust, UK. today: Angela Dickson, the founder of the Trust, did report today that a gentleman in England who has the same brain tumour grade as Lea has survived for 4 years whilst he has been taking "Clomipramine" in addition to normal treatment. I have sent this info on to Chris for possible consideration by Lea's medical team. Angela felt that there was nothing to lose by trying this as an adjunct to the chemotherapy. Angela explained that the drug has been on the market for 20 years for another medical use (anti-depressant).

  Latest news from Prague via Chris Danneffel "Still in bad condition" I wish I'd have better informations to give you about Lea De Mae's current health status. I've been talking to her doctors today. They said that Lea is still only lying in her bed. Communicating with her is almost impossible. She still is in big pain (her back and her neck aches) although she again gets morphine in combination with other "pain killers". Within the past few days nothing has changed, but I'm extremely worried because the doctors also told me that Lea has fever now (38C)! Under these circumstances, the doctors can't do anything at all but wait. A British specialist in Liverpool has let me know that clomipramine (see "Anxiousl...

  Dear Members and Friends, Please help to make this coming Xmas Season and Birthday (26th December) happier for Lea De Mae (Andrea) who is very seriously ill, as you have seen. We cannot send flowers to the hospital (risk of infection) but please send Lea lots of "Seasons Greeting" cards and Birthday Cards for the 26th or letters. Obviously, it is not easy to say "Have a Very Merry Xmas and a Wonderful Birthday", when poor Lea is stricken down like this - but at least letters and suitable cards can be sent to this lovely young lady as a reminder of the great affection we hold for her.
