  Jason, what happened to the "rating" feature ? On the home page it says please rate the DVD's you've returned, but there's no way to do it, the stars are gone.

  The last 2 releases that I rented from Kelly Madison productions were defective. There's that blue rainbow colored stripe on the disc, it's clearly visible. The disc freezes at that point, 23mins into the movie. These were rented from Bush DVD, when they sent me a replacement disc, same problem, in almost the exact same spot.

  There is no way for anybody to know what is in the envelope you are receiving unless they take it from your mailbox and open it, and then they have committed mail theft, which is a felony.

  I've received 2 defective copies of Real Wife Stories #6 from Brazzers. These are both rentals from Sugar DVD. They both freeze during the same scene, at almost the exact same spot, and if you look at the disk, you can see a color change, like a rainbow effect, where the error is. Whats going on ?

  Many years ago I remember a film shot during a Halloween party. Porn stars were fucking in costumes like Snow White, Dorothy, Red Riding Hood, you get the idea. Does anybody have any titles from today like that ? Anything with a costume/halloween party theme ?

  Thanks for the phone number. I tried it, left a message, still no reply, not by phone, not by email or the "live help" section of thier website. I finally cancelled my account with them today. They have a great selection, but their customer service is the worst I've ever experienced.

  I don't know where else to post this, so here goes. I have not recieved a DVD in over 2 weeks. I sent back my 3 dvd's and they never sent me a conformation saying they received them, so after 7 days i reported them missing, still no responce from them. They have not responded to any of my Emails, and they have a "live help" section, that is always unavailable. It seems inpossible to contact them. I'm trying to work this out, I'd like to remain a member, but I'm about to cancel, just bcause of the shitty customer service at Wantedlist. Any recomendations from anyone ?

  Are there any companies that are on the East Coast ? I canceled my membership to 2 companies located on the West Coast because it took a week to return a DVD. Thanks.
