  It can't be undone and I have no idea what goes on behind the scenes, but I would have considered asking Lumber Jack if it was okay to post the results. He started the thread and had put in most of the work so I think he had some claim to controlling how the results rolled out. I'm not sure that "validity" was something most of us were concerned about. I don't think this was ever a candidate for academic publication. That said, nothing was said about who could say what after the survey finished. It's possible he (assume he's a he) might just be too busy to update.

  I think some of it is that there's been more than 50 years worth of porn movies and ever since it went from features to single downloadable scenes in the late nineties early oughts, there have been a huge number of female performers who've come and gone in the business. Think about it, the baseball hall of fame has some longevity criteria and the Grammys has specific categories. If you ask people to name their ten favorite athletes from any period or their ten favorite musicians instead, you'd get a similar lack of overlap. When no performer appears on more than 10 ballots, it's hard to tell whether a handful of her more fanatical followers impacted the vote or if its any kind of consensus.   I was surprised by how diverse the voting was. Tori Black might have been the clear winner but I think she only appeared on 10 ballots (not sure how many voted). I was also surprised that Juli Ashton (yes, she retired a long time ago) got no votes at all. There were an awful lot of performers who did get named. Even if the results got "spoiled", I hope Jack Lumber continues to post his results one at a time.

There’s a lot of scenes for performers who worked between 2010-2018. For a variety Of reasons, it slows down before and after that.

  Some time ago, Kayden Kross was asked in an interview how she would have managed her adult career differently and she said she would have waited longer to get her breasts done. It's interesting that Kenna James who resembles Kross some and who has even done a scene with her has done that. Had I seen Kayden Kross "natural" would I be frustrated by her "enhanced" look? I have no idea. Of performers who started natural and got enhanced, Kinzie Kenner and Lexi Swallow made the change and I, as a viewer who generally prefers natural and smaller, got used to it. I suspect it'll be the same with Kenna James. Riley Steele did a couple scenes pre boob job and I preferred her post-enhancement look. In the meantime, it's her choice.

  If the NBA, NCAA, major league baseball, Broadway, several public school systems, etc. have all locked down, the porn industry probably neds to shut down production and make an announcement. While the number of people on a porn set is fairly low and the performers this side of Steve Holmes probably won't get too seriously ill, if any form of contact is going to transmit the virus, being in a porn movie will likely provide it. We live in a culture that looks for ways to demonize the industry and those who work in it. Any suggestion that the valley, Miami, etc. weren't careful enough and there'll be a very possible return to criminalizing it again.
