  Well as many have already said the condom porn.........well.........it just plain sucks. I'm not a fan and definitely won't be a consumer of it. While I don't believe OSHA gives a shit about any of these performers I do believe this was the one loop hole the state found to try and slow porn down. Unfortunately it might work at least at first most will prolly continue buying once the initial irritation wears off.   It's like anything else in business, they just want to protect their investment more porn buyers want to see white women and they want to make sure to capitolize on every penny they can make I am sure if the day ever comes when IR porn sells better than the other that business practice will change.
