When I received defective DVD, xonair.com always send me replaced material without any BS. But dvdadvantage required me to send back the defective one before send me a new copy. So... I had to waste $5 on postal service.
- Five Star is THE best. 1/16/2001 8:25 PM I got the same service from my regular shopping site xonair.com too. But the dvdadvantage.com request me to send the defective one back first, and he will send a new copy to me. So... I wasted my $5 on postal fee, since I'm not living on the US.
