Wow, thanks for doing all that research! The results you got are very interesting... I certainly hope they're not making all their new discs like that, since I'm stuck with somewhat old equipment.

Okay, I played around with the settings, but it didn't help. I set it to "letterbox," and still got a full-screen, squashed picture. Set it to "widescreen," and got the same result. For the record, it's been set to full screen PS the whole time, and I haven't had this problem with any other discs... they automatically come up as letterboxed. I got the same result with two different DVD players. Thanks anyway for the help! I'm not really thrilled with the movie itself, but if I was, I might have pursued it further. I'm more concerned with whether all the new Wicked DVDs are like this, because I generally enjoy their products.

I think I saw something in the latest HUSTLER magazine about that too. Just a "snipet," not an in-depth article or anything. Unfortunately, all those tattoos REALLY turn me off... so it's a day late and a dollar short for me. If this had been filmed before the ink job, I'd be chomping at the bit to see it!

Thank you... I probably should have done that first. I still can't find any info on the status of stocked items, but it seems that XRent DVD has the best selection of in-stock titles. I've been having problems lately with some companies having DVDs "on order," and then it takes forever for you to get them.

I hate stockings. I like bare legs, and I refuse to watch any scene that contains lingerie, stockings, garters, or boots or long shoes. I despise body suits and latex outfits also. Not looking to "pee in anyones fruit loops" here; you asked for negative comments as well as positive. It's interesting to read everyone's opinions! It's just that I prefer a completely naked body, and bare feet too. I'll watch a scene with high heels, but I prefer it without ANY footwear. And if the girl is wearing sneakers or boots it just ruins it for me. I also take a special liking to "beach" scenes, with completely naked bodies, water and oil. That fits the mold of my preferences as well.

Thanks for the info. Bill, that's interesting... I didn't know of the litigation troubles Extreme was having just south of here. This certainly isn't New York city, but it's still considered a liberal area. If they're drawing compasses, it bothers me. What, are they afraid that someone in Pennsylvania has freinds across the state line that can hook them up with porn? Regarding the vids: yeah, I agree that tapes suck and I was hoping they'd be available in DVD format also. I really could have used some chapter stops when I was watching them the other day! The picture quality was very good though; and I was extremely pleased with the camera work. They zoomed in at all the right times, and captured all the right angles. I liked it much better...

Thank you for the quick reply! Yes, I'm in the US, and this looks like a genuine disc, it's got the full-color artwork and "Vivid" right on the label. I just remembered, my player DOES play karaoke VCDs, as I remember looking through the manual. I believe karaoke VCDs may be a whole different breed of animal, though. Thanks again, any other advice is appreciated. It was less than $10.00 so I might just rip it open and try it!

I heard it was pushed back to January 15. But the one I'm really anticipating is My Plaything Jenna vol. 2. Hey, you know that link that cyberjay26 put up says "Jenna Jameson in her debut performance as a Vivid girl performing her first boy/girl scene in more than two years." I believe that's incorrect. She starred in a few Vivid titles a long time ago, including Starting Over. Is it possible to star in a Vivid film without being considered a full-fledged "Vivid Girl?"
