  Used to love them, can't stand them anymore. It's really gone to hell with how unclear the website is on new vs used/incomplete, and customer support is nonexisting. It's pretty much a &quot;We don't care, go away.&quot;

  Technically, I believe it is on the list of things you can't ship USPS, rather anyone listens, that's another story. I don't get it myself, rather stupid rule.

  Whenever I have emailed them to ask about titles, I've had no response. It's very annoying. I've avoided actually shopping there in case something came up.

  Stop shopping with them. They did the same thing to me, twice, and completely blew me off when I contacted them. That store can rot in hell for all I care. Worst customer service I've ever seen, and horrid site navigation.

  I'm not much of a fan of excalibur myself, while they may be cheap sometimes, their sales seem poorly marked whether you are getting a new/complete item, or something that is disc only. Customer Support seems equally poor on dealing with these issues too. I will no longer use them after my last few orders because of some bad experiences, too many other sites offer much better service with clearly-marked products. I don't enjoy playing Russian Roulette with my money.
