  ^ I stand by my original statement. Not one new obscenity charge has been brought against pornographers by the US DOJ since Eric Holder took office in 2009. As you yourself pointed out, Ira Isaacs was first brought to trial in 2008. And it was the Bush administration's obscenity task force which brought those charges, the same task force which has since been disbanded. Isaac's 2012 conviction was on those original charges filed in 2008, plus some additional charges which were thrown in by the prosecutors in 2011. But that's how the court system works. Once the charges have been filed it can take years, and new charges can be added, as long as it's still an open prosecution. None of that supports an argument that there is any present danger ...
