  After reading through this thread, I'm surprised at the nonchalance regarding having/contracting a life-long condition. From what I've gleaned here, the attitude seems to be, "everyone has it, so why bother to test for it?" If industry performers appear to be this lax about STDs in their professional lives, then what's going on in their personal lives?

  I'm a child of the '80s, so all those MJ videos were like magic to me when they came on MTV, especially "Billie Jean" when the squares on the sidewalk lit up when he stepped on it.   I saw a DVD on the shelves that was his, and it seemed like an entire Michael Stefano production. It bore his name, like "Michael Stefano's XYZ" and it had a logo, and a website. The impression was that he was on his own, producing his own stuff, and having someone else distribute it. It didn't have a Red Light or Platinum X logo on it.
