  I'm not the end all be all there. But I'd make a solid bet that most people would look at present-day Kali's ass and say it's great. It doesn't need any fillers or fat transfer of any kind.   That surgery sounds like a disaster waiting to happen. Yeah, she put on a little weight, but she was still hot. She did look better to me before the weight, but we're talking coming down to a 9.25 from 9.5. A little.
