It's sad when anyone gets HIV... or Cancer or whatever else for that matter... but this is particularly sad I think because Lara was so new to the industry and... relatively speaking of course... so innocent. It's one thing to get HIV by just being really reckless in your own private life... it's another to get it by participating in a legitimate commercial industry. Like any industry, there should be stringent regulations, safeguards and processes in place to protect the workers. This will be especially true as porn becomes more and more mainstream.
