  Hi just wondering if your shipment had arrived u know u can contact ur credit card company if a shipment doesn't arrive; they'll credit u quote: I wish I could say the same. I recieved a e-mail notice from Five Star on the 11th of July saying the 6 DVD's I ordered had been shipped. Its now been a whole month and so far I have heard nothing. I decided to ship to Australia using standard international shipping, which must be a hell of a lot slower then Global Priority. Im still surprised it has taken this long though as I have ordered from many U.S stores before and have never had to wait this long. All I can say is if you plan to order from Five Star, choose Global Priority.

  your credit card company offers protection wait for your statement to arrive, call them up and say you never received the goods...they will give u a refund Susan
