I haven't got the "VIDEO" yet, but I called the 800 number just to make sure. When I finally (15 minutes) got the girl on the phone, I asked her about how it would come. ~She told me that I paid for 10 "TITLES" not full length DVDS. ~I asked to speak with her supervisor, and she wouldn't give me her name. Only Operator #261. ~I told her I wanted a refund, and she told me that there is NO GUARENTEE. So I just lost $31.00 , oh well. She told me that she ALWAYS LOOKS BETWEEN THE FINE LINES. ~I guess I learned an important lesson. "Sex with a real person is better than porn anyday."
