  I'd also note that I no longer buy DVDs, largely because of how gross the industry seems. I do subscribe to SexAndSubmission.com. I trust that they aren't abusing drug addicts to make a quick buck, which is not something I'd say for most "mainstream" porn companies.

  A union is long overdue. Look: OSHA standards should be applied to porn. Depositing a pint of come into the perforated asshole of a female performer is literally life-threatening. It's clear the industry won't police itself, and no one trusts the govt to do it. So collective bargaining is essential. Looking at Kink.com's ethical employment practices reminded me that it can be done.   You don't get the feeling that Rocco hates women. Not at all. I imagine he, too, has gone to some darker places. But I think he likes women. I don't get the feeling some of the other fellas have the healthiest relationship with women, or really care whether they cause social harm. Rocco read Sade.   Fashionistas was such great porn that making a sequal almost has the feeling of hubris. Ass Adoro was a perfect sequel in that it pushed the it in a new way.. Buttman (and Co.) are very interesting to me because they are among the hardest core of the porn out there, but they don't rely on the misogynistic goofiness that tends to come as a package deal with the hard sex.   I don't buy DVDs where any model has noticable plastic surgery. Gravity is sexy. I like women, not just girls -- and Taryn Thomas is a QT. Live large, girl.
