  Hello Steven_999, Sorry to hear you are having trouble streaming Unlimited. I tested on my home computers to see if I could replicate your issue but everything is working normally for me. A few suggestions: Make sure you have the latest version of flash player. <link> If you already have the latest version you can try uninstalling and reinstalling it. Id also suggest checking to make sure your browsers are up to date, but since three different browsers were tried I doubt this is the issue. You can also try changing the stream rate to a lower option (helps if you have a slower internet connection).   Hi che123! What format are the download files? -All download files are in MP4 format. What resolution? -Resolution varies from movie and most have multiple options, ranging from 360p for standard definition up to 1080p for high definition (and even 4k ultra-high definition videos now too). Can these files be burned to a DVD so they will play in a DVD player? -We dont put any restrictions on the files so I dont see why you wouldnt be able to burn them to a DVD. I'm not sure what the technical process is for burning MP4 files to DVD, but it is possible. Best, Ryan Wayne adultempire.com
