im assuming its because the companies do it for the tax cuts..don't have to pay as much as if they were incorparated in the states...also i believe its because porn companies are shady (like most companies) like you might buy $25 of merchandise and you get charged $250 and since the company is overseas it will be easier for them to give you the run around and make it easier to steal your money since they are not US incorporated.
