I've always had good experiences with DVDOvernight. I just wish that they could impliment a marquee system like Netflix has.

I can safely say that DVDOvernight rocks. The DVD's(when rented) always arrive pretty quickly and in a sturdy cardboard mailer unlike other rental operations. I once rented Timeless and found much of it not viewable due to scratches. I emailed them about it and they had no problem crediting me for it. Now if only they had some sort of Marquee system like Netflix does. I can get unlimited rentals(only 4 at a time though) each month for only $15.95. I'm actually planning on dropping it since I don't have enough time to view those(non-porn) and the porn I rent. If DVDOvernight could do something similar though, I'd be there in a flash.

It's nice to see this rectified but wouldn't the more professional way of doing things have been to do a little more investigating? Even going so far to just deny the pricematch and explain to the customer that they can't pending investigation or some such comment rather than spreading potential lies. Don't get me wrong I'm glad to see this resolved but perhaps a different approach is in order for any vendors in this scenario because I'm sure this will happen again with someone else.

I'd rather have a configuration to set that allowed me to select a style for camera angles in the movie then while watching it those angles would be utilized. I see no reason that this cannot be done and would appease those who want closeups, bodyshots, or maybe even a cable version that doesn't show certain parts. Having a choice is always nice.

Think about it. In most cases it's probably easier for them to add stuff like this to movies rather than put any real quality work into plots and etc. BTW, I finally got around to registering to post here and found the email with my password dated for Feb. 20, 1939. Possible Y2k bug?
