  On the high end the girls fly out just for Maktoum, while on the middle end they're servicing only the 'elite' arabs or regular ex-pats- it's not like sexuality is being exposed to the Dubai that's outside of the hotel lobby; it still is the mideast, after all.   Don't know if it's increasing, but it's very common. And not just arabs, Dubai's boring as fuck if you have to spend any time there, so Western ex-pats hire a ton of local (i.e., Russian, Australian, Filipino) hookers, so I don't see why they also wouldn't be hiring porn stars when they travel to hook over there. Whenever I see porn girls traveling together, tweeting about sun and sand but not an actual location, and then not posting beach pictures, it's a pretty safe guess that they're hooking in Dubai, whether they admit it or not (and it happens a lot).

It isn't based on anything Lapiedra (I read that there has yet to be a divorce action, so they're technically still married, unsure if that's true) has said; instead, it's based on evidence and testimony gathered in Colombia. Interpol warrants are a method of moving people from one jurisdiction to another; before she would need to stand trial in Colombia, there would first be a hearing in the US to determine if we (I'm American) would send her. A similar hearing held in Spain determined that Lapiedra would be extradited, so he will stand trial in Colombia for the charges.   Mostly based on the Manwin/DP coordination on their .xxx lawsuit, I'm going to assume that it's true, and that it has been for awhile, but that non-disclosure agreements are keeping it quiet. And I really doubt if there will be any changes from the consumer, or performer, side -- Manwin bought Twisty's earlier this year, and there haven't been any changes.   My take-away from the developing PIP scandal is that medical silicone shouldn't be replace with industrial silicone, and that the French version of the FDA really dropped the ball. Also, I'm glad that in the US there are laws and lawyers that can make the company pay; it appears that in France the company has simply disappeared and now the state may be on the hook.   Without personal knowledge it's only a guess, but I'd say future-BiBi will still be fine; her implants don't appear so large that her tissue can only support them for a brief time before it begins to break down. Time (i.e., gravity) is likely to have an effect, though it should be much smaller than you'd see with a girl with similarly-sized natural breasts. I think her implants are already 2 years old, so any obvious ill-effects like bottoming out would have already begun to show themselves. Nursing? Finances permitting, many girls have a redo after kids; probably most do after nursing. Mostly depends on skin/tissue elasticity, and if girls get 'boobie greed' -- after growing a cup size or two, many don't like going back down.

  You really can't compare a BA+lift to a BA - they're completely different procedures. Patients will (often) have had kids, so their breasts will have gotten bigger, shrunk, didn't return to their original position, and now exhibit sagging -- so you already know that their tissue lacks the "youthful" resiliency for recovery. I thought the linked gallery showed pretty good results for both BA's and BA's+lifts.   There are a ton of reasons why some elective surgeries don't turn out well. Some people just say the idea of implants makes a girl less attractive - of course, when they like a girl and profess they can't tell she's had surgery, that argument seems a bit weak.
