  They look like trash on an individual (female or male). ON the guy's side it is just part of the wanna be tough guy look that goes with the go-tee junk on their face. For a woman, it just makes her look even more decorated and less attractive. It is right up there with the lousy look of fake breasts. Piercings are even worse. Either you got a package or you don't. The additions do nothing.
