Yup. No doubt the surgeons are getting better and better. The history of breast augmentation surgery in a nutshell: --First they made in icisions under the breast or around the lower curve of the areola. Too obvious. --Then a few yrs ago (early-mid 90's) they went thru the armpits and took advantage of the naturally occuring folds under the arms. When you see the actresses raise their arms, some misaligned scars that don't quite look right in their pits give them away. --The latest (and hardest to detect, IMO) is the technique of inserting the implant thru the navel, and snaking it up thru the abdomen and putting it in place.
