It was a compilation called "Triple Video Bonanza", and it was distributed by Bel-Air. The third video was called "Orgy Mania", and you are right about it being a scene from "Dirty Harriet". I don't know much more than that, but for a long time, I've been looking for "Angela" from the second scene, but haven't had any luck.
