- Is there a way to report adult video piracy? 1/26/2007 8:27:50 AM Perhaps the thing to do is to take advantage of the situation. It is going to be impossible to stop piracy completely. No amount of money thrown at the situation will prevent piracy. Additionally, many of the methods used to prevent piracy annoy the honest consumers. What if instead studios treat piracy as a distribution channel, and offer a means of reimbursing for a download. An amnesty, I suppose. Someone downloads a pirated scene, and then has the option of send a donation to the studio as the purchase cost.
