Something is confusing my pal tv stopping it from automatically deinterlacing the picture. Naughty America were doing something different from other studios when converting film to dvd.
- Rare interlace issues on dvds (Naughty America) 10/8/2014 9:26:59 AM I've watched hundreds of dvds on my TV through a dvd player, but have noticed a few recently (from Naughty America) have shown interlace problems. That is, during movement the outline of a person/object is broken up with horizontal lines. This can be rectified by going to the dvd player settings and changing 'TV Type' from PAL to NTSC. It then plays without interlace issues. I'm wondering though....out of all the 100's of NTSC dvds i have imported (probably around 2000)...i only have had this interlace issue with 3 or 4? What is Naughty America doing differently? I've even seen this happen on 1 scene in a dvd but not the others (Naughty Athletics 4). Other films i've seen the issue with are ...Diary of a Milf 6 and Muy Caliente 2.
