  Let the buyer determine the market, there's just no other way to answer this. Choking is a fetish, is legal and sells, so label it and then let it live or die on it's own. There really are several girls who not only are O.K. with choking but that have done it off camera just to push themselves for a thrill. This is fact, is well known by industry folks and has been readily admitted on other sites. So, just because you think it's abusive or degrading or offensive doesn't mean that it is.   Hardware has it right. The definition he gave is exactly what a N.Y. judge ruled last week. And, who really cares? Is anyone actually hung up on the idea that giving it away is O.K. but charging is not? How did this ever become an issue? If I cooked you a meal or gave you a massage and it was free that would be fine, but charging is not-and here is the real issue-the government taxes and licenses these activities and so "approves" them. Except in Nevada, our system is too hypocritical to allow sex to operate this way.
