  First of all, thanks for posting this article, Clam Digger. It's always nice to know someone out there has been reading my little column. After reading the biggest part of this thread, I guess I really only have one thing to add. When I was writing this article, I wanted to make mention of Sean Michaels and give him kudos for not allowing himself to fall into this trap.
