- Adultdvdblue 1/5/2003 10:16 AM My credit card was issued outside of the US but I wanted them to ship to Miami. They asked for a copy of the credit card and a copy of the card statement. I promptly sent the copies by email and they never processed the order or replied to my next 4 or 5 messages. I have ordered from several companies (5star, dvdadvantage, etc) without any problems.

So I emailed them and a miracle happened: they replied to my message!! Asking me to send a copy of my ccard and statement, which I did. They never processed my order. My 4 email messages have not been answered and I will never order from them again. Maaybe they were trying to avoid honoring the $ 7 coupon. Or maybe they are just customer unfriendly. If you need copies of the email messages please let me know. Thanks Steph.
