  My take on this just looking over what has been presented is this. There are two issues at play here. #1 LADM is a predatory agency. They find the best looking girls and they get them work based on their position within the industry. So in that aspect they are one of the best and most powerful.   I read her Captain Jack interview. Her answers were very much different than most others I have read. I don't want to speak negatively about her, but it really seems to me that she doesn't enjoy the work she does and that this industry is just a means to an end aka a job. Now that isn't a problem in and of itself. What we often find though is those that treat this strictly as a job that tends to manifest itself negatively in the performance aspect.
