- I can describe the scene & movie. Help me identify 3/27/2020 9:49:12 AM Hi. Around that time, Private released three movies entitled, The Tower, 1, 2 & 3. The premise of the movies was that there was someone who had cameras all over the tower apartments, so could watch what the residents got up to, and some scenes were POV, where the killer had sex with the 'victim' before killing them. One of the stars was an actress called Ellen Saint, and I still drool over her. I hope this helps.
