  Coming from the legit film industry (with almost 30 years of experience) I might have a slightly different perspective on this issue. The most important thing performers need to be aware of is that it is the producers job to maximize profit for investors and get a product made and out onto the market. That is their job description. If it was up to them everyone would work for free and have zero protections. This is why in the legit industry there are trade unions. Everyone, esp. in LA knows full well that the technology exists to digitally erase condoms and a decent director and a camera crew can block scenes in such a way to minimize the need VFX in post.
