@ panzer i prefer [link removed: Site is gone] it needs 6-7 days to ship to europe. so if you live in the states you should get it with lightning speed. they have the most stuff in stock, if not, you dont have to wait for long. they ship to europe for 5$, thats incredible. so it should be cheaper within states. the price of the movies is low, compared to others. service is great, fast replies when problems occour. my first shop was gamelink, biggest crap ever! lots of problems i also tried fivestar, was good, but service is not like xonair just my 2 cents

use xonair.com cheap, shipping cost 5$ and they ship it without case. so you will get the dvd and covers only, but this way the customs wont open it. greets

i just read an article (sorry its not in english, i would show it you) where they tell that the illegal downloads of mp3 rise again since november last year. half a year ago the downloads dropped, because of the actions of the RIAA in another article i read that people started to sue against the RIAA, because they would use illegal (mafia) methods to make pressure on mp3-downloaders. they give you the chance to choose between to pay 3000$ or to risk a suit. lots of people would pay even if unguilty (and we know that RIAA sues everyone, even grandmas with a mac pc, rofl) because they would be scared to get sued from a mighty organisation like the RIAA. nice battle .... well i think they can be only one who will win it, the lawyers, becau...

you can't win a war without winning a battle first! that is right. but would you start a war against a mighty enemy (e.g. cuba against usa) if you know you will win the first 5 battles but at the end you will lose? that is what i say over and over. yes you can catch a few persons and maye for every person you catched 1000 will surrender scared, but the system will still work. If the anti-piracy crowd 'poisons the well' by uploading false files, junk files or viruses, I don't really care how complex the network is or how many layers it has. It will do their work for them. Same with creating false nodes, or overloading servers. companies tried to send corrupt files or corrupt chunks into the network already ... the problem was solved really ...

i think some people here, especially employee of the porn industry or this board dont know how p2p works. brandon reached that filenexus is down, but we dont know if it was brandon or not because filenexus are often down due to problems. ok let us believe it was brandon. but was it really a vistory? NO. why? other sites with the links still exist and even if all site would be closed the movie is still in the network and shared every day. i can find it with the search engine of the p2p client in 2 seconds, i dont need websites with the links. and i can find a movie without that it posted on a website too, so i can find every new movie which hits the network without a site like filenexus. another point is, you are still talking about p2p o...

yes i mean rent on a rental store borrow or rent in my language is the same if inside or not, it plays no role of course, thief is thief. i just wanted to say that in some cases you dont need to look to far away to find one. they even sit in the studios itself. and no i dont expect that studios just "get over it" if there would be a solution of the problem. i showed two possible ways only. 1. you can get over it and spend your safed money in other ways 2. spend the money the lawyers or whoever you think he could stop piracy, and after a time get over it because you see now that you wont have a chance to win. yes, of course, maybe position 2. is speculation, but i think not. RIAA showed us how this way work already. if you want...
But after looking at that page I'm quite shocked to seeing some of the major studio's movies getting onto the internet before they've even been released. Its appauling!
yes, and what is the conclusion? who has the ability to get on DVDs before they were released? hollywood movies are in the most cases available in the internet before they reach the cinema the thiefs work in the studio itself often or are friends of people who work there

sir noel the problem is to stop all shares, it make no big difference if 5000 people spread a file or 1000, because the file still spreads. im germany in august last year a law poped up that p2p links to copyrighted material is illegal. imagine, august last year, very long after p2p started. before it was not clear that it is illegal. believe me there are enough countries which dont have a law agains it yet. the problem of p2p is that you dont send a whole file on a single peace basis. you send it as "chunks", small parts and that is not the same. if i send you chunk xyz which you cant play then how can you say i would send copyrighted material? it is and is not, and thats the problem. not all countries have laws against it. it...

timotei wrote: It is the service providers of the P2P sharers themselves that need informing. well this is all right but THEORY. how many billions ISPs do you want to inform? and how many of them do you think will react? do you really think an ISP in usbekistan gives a shit what mr. iron in the states wants? and not every ISP saves the IPs/logins of his users forever and laws are not the same in every country! even in europe still exist countries where p2p is neither legal nor illegal, its in a grey zone

hello brandon first amazing thing is that some posters (except the producers) here excactly knows how p2p works and where to get the links to it, but try to tell that they buy DVDs only. very amusing second amazing thing is that some porn-producers (looking to brandon ;o) ) didnt know whats going on with their product since YEARS. well, i wanted to tell my view of the problem. on filenexus it werent 1000 dl of the movie, because the movie is splited in 2 cds and each cd got 6xx clicks. but all in all they are maybe 10k dl when you count all sites together where the links appeared. you maybe think now "10000!!!! omg", but this is a small part only. p2p is not the only way to spread movies. i think the major part is spreaded in ...
