It looks like Kasey was released today as a custody release. Not sure what that means but I would recommend that as soon as she is able. She should leave California. This place has not been good to her and if there is a three strike rule she could be fucked should she slip again. So it looks like the dropped the bail to $85,000 on one charge and has a order to release on the other charge. Since I am not a lawyer. I really don't know what is means because he has two different court dates

To all the haters out there, I agree this girl had some major issues. However, for me this was part of her allure. She really lived life on her own terms and did not seem fake or staged. It was a very hot girl living a bohemian lifestyle. She never gave a shit. She was very nave going into the industry and in some ways she still seems so today. While I can't judge her errors or will I condone them, god she really got my interest and I do care what happens to her. Personally I am hoping it is just drug charges and not something that she did to others.

In California depending upon the amount of drugs in her possession, her arrest could be counted as a felony. She maybe was caught dealing. My bigger fear is that California has a Three Strike Law. I do not know how many Felony convictions she has had but we did see two felony arrests last year. She did bounce from State to State I don't know if there was any history there.

Guys I have really bad news. I don't know why but I had a feeling so I checked the LA County Sheriffs website and my worst dreams came true. I really was pulling for her but this arrest is really bad. $150,000 bail for a felony arrest. I found the booking sheet on line. It looks like it was drug related. I don't think the charge is too serious but, I know she was out of rehab last year at this time so I guess she will have to go back to avoid jail time
