  Hi JJ Sorry, our intention was not to confuse you, it just means it ships within 24 hours from the time you place the order. Also, we did turn on our thumbs for covers so you can view them before entering into the product page. And you can sort by price, title and studio both ways, we don't have release dates, this might be something we will consider in the near future.   Hi Rld I'm glad you gave us a try and its to your satisfaction. I want to address the issue of the movies, WE DO NOT SELL USED MOVIES EVER! The problem is this, during production and delivery to us many times the movies are out of place and rattle around in the case, before shipping to our customers, we try very hard to secure the movie in place before shipping, for the simple reason of movies getting scratched and become unplayable. That why it was open and had finger prints on the disc, i can assure you, the movies you purchase from us are 100% brand new and factory direct. I know many places don't go the extra mile for their customers but we do, if a customer has the same question we try to explain, believe it or not allot of people...

  Hi The reason you see so much of this is, we are probably the only site on the net that carries a live database of movies, we only display in stock items, where other sites use a back ordering system, so when you buy that movie they order it and then send it to you, we are not set up this way, but we are looking into doing something about this, im sure our competitors wont like that, but we hope are customers will, we don't want to people to have to wait a week or two to get a movie, some people like you don't mind waiting the majority does.   Hi I would disagree, check out our site with others and you will find that we are much cheaper across the board on movies. Or we could just jack up all our prices by another 50% and give free shipping like other sites do. :)

  Hi Just wanted to fill you in on Moviesbymail.com Affiliate Program. It works about the same as all the other ones out there but with one little difference, we pay recurred commission on all sales, which means once a customer signs up and buys something using your affiliate id, that customer is yours for as long as your an affiliate with us in good standing. No other affiliate program out there offers this great advantage. Think about it, all you webmasters who are send traffic to any affiliate program, if you only get paid on the first sale you lose all the other sales after that, we didn't think that was fair since your the one who brought the sale in to begin with, so our system flags that customer and every time they purchase you get ...

  Hi We run into this problem allot, our shipping department does open some of the DVD movies before shipping because the disc is moving around inside and we don't want it to get scratched before delivery, so they open it and reset the disc, we usually don't shrink wrap the movies afterwards. Sam

  Hi All Thanks for the kind comments and please understand that $4.95 for domestic shipping and $10.00 for international is not a lot of money, its in line with all the other sites out there, just remember your going to pay anywhere from 25-75% off else where so that will make up for the shipping charges, is you compare us on total orders you will find we are going to be cheaper most of the time.
