  Being an international buyer I have placed an order through for 2 discs. I did get responses to my emails. Whilst the discs took longer than the stated 1 week to show up, they did show up so I have no problems buying from them in the future.

  Fivestar have been good over the years and from my experience they aren't the only outlet with this problem so i guess i will except their explanation and keep on shopping with them.

  i have expereienced the same problems repeatedly which have made me reluctant to buy from studios that produce poor quality stuff. at first i was told it was my player. i have a near top of the range sony player which has no problem with mainstream discs even those that have been marked but for some reason the adult dvds don't play that well. i also have a cheap player "budget" that seems to plays all discs. i think it is a case of the expensive players being fine tuned with precise lasers that they pick up defects. all i ask that that studios get their act together and spend some money on putting out quality discs that play and last.

  I have crticised RLD recently for putting website ads in the BTS parts, but hopefully they have stopped doing this. they are a great outfit, I buy more of RLD than other studios. Hopefully they take up request to put out a "older women" line. Keep up the good work guys...

  Where did you find out that Krystal had done an anal scene. If it was from Flesh Hunter Series then maybe someone like Jules Jordan can confirm that. As far as I was aware she had never done anal. If she does, the disc will be on my must buy list.

  Hey EmpireMan, how about dropping the shipping charges for international customers. They really do deter a lot of peple like myself from buying from dvdempire. cheaper rates would attract more customers.

  As an international customer I recommend fivestardvd.com and Xonair.com. Adultdvdempire have good sales, but their international shipping costs put me off ordering from them. my advice to them is that if they want to retain international customers, they should drop their shipping costs.

  just to let everyone know, I have been offered a replacement shipment at no extra cost. What I can't understand is why they can't ship discs minus the hardcase, most other companies tend to do so.these always tend to show up. I will wait and see if this shipment shows up. Looking at their shipping costs I doubt if I will be making further purchases from them as the costs seem extremely high.

  Just to let you all know, I am based in New Zealand. Most deliveries down here tend to take 1-2 weeks. It is only recently that discs have gone missing and that only from dvdempire. I have been advised that I need to wait up to 6 weeks before anything will be done, so I shall wait and see if the discs show up.

  I agree that the rates they charge are sometimes unjustifiable. Reducing the rates would attract more buyers, I used to order all my mainstream dvds through dvdempire, but the costs have put me off the. I guess the same can be said of other retailers out there. At the moment I use and recommend Fivestardvd due to their reasonable rates.

  Will AdultDvdEmpire reduce the shipping costs for international customers as there are many like myself that are put off ordering due to the high costs involved. Maybe offer to send the discs minus the cases at a lower cost.
